At Club EZ Fit we can help you be successful in reaching your fitness goals through personalized training. Our personal trainers run a wide variety of programs for whatever your fitness passion may be….from conquering your fear of free weights to running your first 5K. 

We offer customized exercise programs for weight loss, strength training, increasing stamina, race training, and pregnancy preparation and recovery. Your program will be specifically designed for you based on your individual profile including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, and medical history.

Need a little one-on-one attention, someone to keep you on track or a challenging routine to keep your workouts fresh? No matter what you need, we've got plenty of qualified and motivated trainers who are ready to work with you. We provide a personal approach to fitness designed to provide members of all fitness levels a time-efficient, safe and highly effective exercise program. Our nationally certified trainers work side-by-side with our members on all types of fitness equipment paying close attention to proper form, posture and biomechanics.

Small Group Training

Did you know that our trainers do “buddy training”? That means you and a friend can train together, share the trainer and share the cost. Many of our trainers have buddy and small group training going on everyday. Chances are that we can find a time and trainer that works for you.
