Group Fitness Class Descriptions
We offer a wide variety of group workouts for all ages and fitness levels.
Strength Training Classes:

BODYPUMP™:The original barbell weight training class set to music which strengthens and tones your entire body. This class is a great substitute for a full body weight machine workout. Great workout and awesome instructors to motivate you! Please pick up a number at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class time to secure a spot.

Cardiovascular Classes:

Velocity BOOTCAMP: A non-stop full body workout that mixes speed work, calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Be ready to work hard, have fun and get results!

SWEAT House: Want to take your workout to the next level? This class is a fusion of high intensity strength, cardiovascular conditioning and core training. A variety of exercises in short intervals will be used to increase your resting metabolic rate. In simple terms, you will burn a ton of calories, get stronger, and leaner. This is a High Intensity Class.

Triple Threat: Three dynamite formats packed into one intense class! If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of strength, cardio and core - but every week will be a surprise! 

STRONG by Zumba™: This class is a mix of interval and tempo training driven by the science of synced music motivation. This class will push you past your limits to help you reach your fitness goals faster!

ZUMBA™ Dance: It’s all about letting go and feeling the music. This class is easy to follow and offers a variety of dance styles including Salsa, Meringue, Raggae and Hip Hop. Join the party and get the fun vibe going! (All Level) 

POUND™: Is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, plyometrics, and isometric poses. 

TABATA: A dynamic workout: 20 Second bouts of high intensity training followed by 10 Seconds of rest x 8 = 4 Minute intervals to increase athletic performance, boost VO2 Max and decrease body fat.

Core, Yoga, & Pilates:

Yoga Flow: This class is designed to flow through the foundations of yoga postures, alignment, breathing, and technique. Classes build heat, endurance,flexibility, and strength in a supportive environment, encouraging the link between mindful body movement and breath. All levels welcome. Modifications are available for both beginners and more advanced participants.

Pilates Mat: This mat workout includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscle balance. Resistance bands, weights and Bender Ball may be used to add variety and challenge. 

Core & More: A wide variety of abdominal and core exercises combined with basic Yoga and Pilates movements to help improve strength, endurance and stability throughout your entire body.

Active Older Adult Classes:

Active Adult: This class is designed for active adults who seek a beginner to intermediate total body workout. Using barbells/free weights, you will improve strength, cardio, core and stretching which will strengthen and tone your entire body. 

Senior Cardio (Moving to the Oldies): Boost your metabolism and burn calories while having fun moving to the oldies. 

SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. 

SilverSneakers Yoga: Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Increase your flexibility and balance while practicing restorative breathing exercises for stress reduction and mental clarity. Chair support is offered.

Cycling Classes:

RPM Cycling: is the indoor workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. 

Elite Cycling: is a highly motivating and challenging workout inspired by your team coach. You will burn body fat, enhance cardiovascular health and increase muscular strength. This ride will simulate varied Terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.

There is a $2.00 per class drop in fee for Instructor taught RPM & Elite Cycle Classes.
There is no fee for all instructor taught 30 minute RPM classes.
(All RPM & Elite Cycle Classes are included with the All Access Fitness Plan.)

Safety First Policy & Guest Guidelines
  • As part of our safety first policy and a courtesy to our members and instructor, if you do not arrive on time for a class  you will not be permitted to take the class.
  • Some restrictions apply when bringing a guest to take a class. Stop at front desk for more information.
